1 c. butter
2 egg yolks
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk or coffee cream

Sift flour with the salt and baking powder. Cut in the butter. Add sugar to the dough and mix. Make a well and add egg yolks, vanilla, and coffee cream. Put dough together.

Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut in animal shapes. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not over bake. Cookies should be light.
