6 eggs 2 1/2 c. flour (all purpose flour) 2 sticks butter, melted and cooled 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. anise 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt Blend ingredients one at a time. Use a pizzelle machine. Bake for 1 minute. Cool on a rack until dry or let dry in oven on low heat until crisp. Store in a cool dry place. |
