1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. shortening
12 egg yolks
2 tsp. lemon flavoring
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda

Cream sugars and shortening together. Beat in egg yolks and lemon flavoring. Stir in dry ingredients. Form in small balls and roll in sugar. Press flat with bottom of glass. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
