2 egg whites 1 tsp. vanilla 2/3 c. sugar Pinch of salt 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. mini chocolate chips Beat egg whites until almost stiff. Add sugar and salt while slowly beating. Add vanilla, fold by hand gently. Add chips and nuts. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover 2 cookie sheets with foil. Drop mixture by teaspoon onto cookie sheets. Place in oven, turn off heat. Do not open the oven until the next day (leave overnight). No peeking!! |
