NUT COOKIE CRUST
 

1/2 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Mix butter and brown sugar in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients until moist and crumbly. Press mixture against bottom and side of ungreased pie plate. Can be substituted for any regular pie crust. Yield: 1 pie crust. Bake as a normal pie crust.
