6 c. Special K cereal (7 oz. box) 12 oz. jar crunchy peanut butter 1 c. lite syrup 1 c. sugar FROSTING: 6 oz. chocolate chips 6 oz. butterscotch chips Melt in double boiler. Cook syrup and sugar until clear, do NOT boil. Mix with K and peanut butter. Pat into 9x13-inch pan. Pour frosting over mixture and refrigerate. |
