Bring to a boil in medium saucepan: 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup Karo syrup. Remove from heat and stir in 3/4 cup peanut butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla, add 4 cups Cornflakes or Special K and fold until all the flakes are coated. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
