2/3 c. condensed milk 2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans (2 2/3 c.) flaked coconut 1 tsp. vanilla extract 3/4 tsp. almond extract In medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls, about 1 inch apart onto well-greased sheet. Bake in a moderate 350 degree oven, 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately remove from baking sheet. Cool. If desired, garnish tops of macaroons with red or green cherry or whole nut meats. |
