1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. applesauce

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg then applesauce, raisins and dry ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees until brown. A nice soft, moist cookie.
