PROTEIN BARS
 

1/2 c. butter
2 c. carob chips, or chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 c. sliced almonds
1 c. wheat germ

Melt chips and butter. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate; cut into small squares. Great snack for kids!
