3 c. sugar 4 tbsp. cocoa, unsweetened 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 3 c. rolled oats 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. peanut butter Mix sugar, cocoa, butter, milk and salt in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until it forms a soft ball in cold water. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour and spread on a cookie sheet and cool. Cut in desired size. (For softer cookies, add 1/4 cup more peanut butter.) |
