1 lb. box yellow cake mix
1 c. pecans
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar
2 eggs

Mix first 4 ingredients by hand, butter should be melted and egg beaten before mixing. Press in 9x13 inch pan. Mix the 2 eggs until fluffy. Mix eggs, cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer. Pour over other mixture. Bake in 325 degree oven for 50-60 minutes.
