1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
3/4 c. butter
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 lg. chocolate instant pudding
2 2/3 c. milk

Roll Oreo cookies into crumbs. Put into 9 x 13 inch pan along with butter and make crust. Reserve 2 teaspoons of crumbs for top. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and set aside.

Beat together Cool Whip and cream cheese. Spread layer of above mixture on crust. Next, spread on pudding made with milk. Spread remaining Cool Whip on pudding. Sprinkle the remaining cookie crumbs on top and chill.
