1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. chopped nuts

8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. box 10X powdered sugar

Mix by hand, box of yellow cake mix, 1 egg, 1 stick butter, and 1 cup of nuts. Pat out in 9"x13" pan.

To prepare the topping, cream together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and eggs. Pour over mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
