APRICOT BARS
 

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. quick oats
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 jar apricot preserves

Cream butter and sugar. Blend in dry ingredients. Spray 10 x 15 inch pan with Pam. Press 3/4 of mixture into bottom of pan. Spread the preserves over the top. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over top of preserves. Bake in 375 degree oven for 35 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars.
