1 sm. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
2 boxes of chocolate pudding, the kind you cook
1 (16 oz.) tub of Cool Whip

Sprinkle cookies on bottom of pan (saving 1/2 cup), cook pudding until thick, pour over Oreos. Let cool completely then spread Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with remaining Oreos. Keep refrigerated.
