OOEY - GOOEY BARS

1 Betty Crocker butter yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together and pat into a 9 x 13 inch pyrex dish sprayed with Pam. Then mix the icing and pour on top.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. vanilla
