1 c. brown sugar 1 egg, well beaten 1 c. chopped dates Melt 1/4 pound butter in fry pan. Combine the above ingredients and cook 5 minutes in fry pan. Keep bubbling. After 5 minutes, add 2 cups Rice Krispies and 1/2 cup chopped nuts to above date mix. Drop by teaspoon in coconut and roll into ball. Makes about 30 cookies. |
