2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. light corn syrup
1 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
3 c. corn flakes
3/4 c. chocolate chips

Combine sugar and corn syrup in pan and bring to boil. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter. Pour over cereal in a bowl and mix well. Spread in greased 9 inch square pan. Melt chocolate chips and spread over bars. Let stand and cool. Cut into bars, about 32.
