1 1/2 c. sifted flour 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. melted butter Mix well and pat down in greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 275 degrees for 10 minutes. FILLING; 2 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 c. coconut 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. chopped nuts 1/4 tsp. salt Mix all ingredients well and spread over crust. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. FROSTING: 1 c. powdered sugar Juice of 1 lemon 1 tbsp. melted butter Top with frosting while warm. Let cool and cut in squares. |
