RASPBERRY FUDGE BALLS
 

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, melted
3/4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c. raspberry preserves, drained)
Finely chopped nuts
Unsweetened cocoa
Powdered sugar

Combine cheese and chocolate; mix well. Stir in crumbs and preserves. Chill several hours or overnight. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in nuts, cocoa or sugar.
