1 c. butter 3/4 c. Ricotta cheese 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 4 c. flour 2 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda Blend butter and Ricotta cheese. Add sugar and eggs until creamy. Blend well. Add vanilla. Add dry ingredients slowly. Drop by teaspoons on ungreased sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 10 to 12 minutes. Cool and ice with cream cheese icing (Pillsbury). |
