1 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. rolled oats, uncooked 1 c. flaked coconut 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and beat well. Mix in remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. |
