SUPER-FUDGY BROWNIES

These are one of the best/worst brownies I've ever had. They are so rich and fudgy, you will absolutely love/hate them. (Bet you can't eat just one!) 6 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate 2 c. sugar 4 lg. eggs 1 c. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9x9 inch baking pan. In heavy, large saucepan over low heat, melt butter and unsweetened chocolate, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. With wooden spoon, beat in sugar and eggs until well blended. Stir in flour, vanilla, salt, nuts and chocolate chips. Spread batter in pan. Bake approximately 45 minutes until toothpick inserted 2 inches from edge comes out almost clean. Cool brownies in pan.

These are especially delicious when refrigerated. Cut into small squares; they are very much like fudge. Enjoy!
