Combine dry cake mix with 1/3 cup oil and 1 egg. Mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup and pat the remaining mixture lightly in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with 1 cup reserved crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes more. Cool and cut into bars (16 to 24).
