15 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies 1/3 c. melted butter 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream 1 (16 oz.) can or jar fudge ice cream topping 9 oz. Cool Whip Crush cookies a few at a time and mix with melted butter. Reserve 2 cups for topping of dessert. Spread remaining crumb mixture evenly over bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Slice ice cream and place over crumb crust. Top with fudge and then Cool Whip. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over all. Cover and place in the freezer. Serves 15. |
