2 c. granulated sugar 1 c. butter, room temperature 3 eggs, well beaten 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. flavoring extract of your choice 1 1/2 to 2 c. flour or sufficient to make a dough that can be rolled Cream together sugar and butter. Mix eggs and well until light and fluffy. Stir soda as the the sour cream and add this along with the eggs. Flavor to taste.
