1 (22 1/2 oz.) pkg. family size fudge brownie mix
1/3 c. very hot tap water
1/3 c. oil
1 egg
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
Grease bottom only of 9"x13" pan. In small bowl blend filling ingredients. Beat until smooth; set aside.
In large bowl, combine brownies mix, water, oil, egg. Beat 50 strokes with spoon. Spread half in greased pan. Pour cream cheese mix over, spreading to cover. Place spoonfuls of remaining batter on top. Cut through with knife to marble. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool completely, cut and serve. Store covered in refrigerator.
