CALZONE
 

1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed

Roll into rectangle; remove all air bubbles. Beat:

1 egg

Brush dough. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Layer on bread:

Chopped onion
1/4 to 1/2 lb. salami
1/4 to 1/2 lb. ham
1/4 to 1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
1 jar pepper salad, drained

Fold long edges into center, crimp. Fold ends up and seal. Flip calzone onto cookie sheet. Let rise 1/2 hour. Brush with egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 400 degrees 10 to 15 minutes.
