2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. softened butter
1 lb. powdered sugar (4 c.)
2 c. Rice Krispie cereal
1 tsp. vanilla
Melt chocolate (chocolate chips, I use dark almond bark, melts really good in microwave, I melt 3 or 4 cubes at a time).
Make balls out of the first 5 ingredients, put in refrigerator to cool, dip in the melted chocolate and set on wax paper to harden, about 20 minutes. I get about 75 from the recipe, I make them rather small.
