FRENCH BREAD DIP
 

2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. sour cream
2 jars dried beef (torn into sm. pieces)
1/2 c. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. Beau Monde seasoning (Spice Island seasoning)

Just prior to serving: Hollow out one large loaf French bread. Cut up another loaf into bite size pieces.

Fill opening with prepared dip. (Garnish with parsley.) Serve with bread chunks or broccoli flowerets. Mix 12-24 hours ahead.
