4 c. confectioners powdered sugar, sifted 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1 (30 oz.) can pumpkin pie filling mix 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. ginger Beat all ingredients together in order given. Beat until smooth. Refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Serve in a bowl or hollowed out raw pumpkin shell. Serve with fruit, ginger snaps or vanilla wafers. Recipe can be cut in half for smaller amount. |
