4 c. confectioners sugar 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature 1 (3 oz.) can pumpkin pie filling 2 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp. ginger Dash of nutmeg, cloves, allspice 1 bag gingersnaps Blend sugar and cream cheese until creamy, then add remaining ingredients except gingersnaps. Dip them in and eat - delicious! For an added touch serve in hollowed out small pumpkin. |
