8 oz. soft cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 1/2 oz. dried beef, cut into sm. pieces
1/4 c. onion, diced
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream

Mix together softened cream cheese and milk. Stir in dried beef, onion and seasonings. Fold in sour cream. Spread in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
