1 tbsp. egg white
2 c. pecan halves
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Place pecans in small bowl and pour egg white over pecans; stir until pecans are coated and sticky. Mix cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle over pecans and stir until sugar mixture has coated all the pecans. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
