1/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg yolk plus 1 tablespoon water (can use one whole egg)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 box yellow cake mix, your favorite Cream butter, cream cheese, egg yolk and vanilla extract. Stir in cake mix 1/3 at a time. Cover and chill 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet which has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until nicely golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack to cool.
