ARTICHOKE DIP
 

2 cans artichokes
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. real mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Stir ingredients together except for 1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese which is to be sprinkled over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and use crackers or cooked bread chunks to dip into dip. 23 servings.
