BALLOON WINE

1 to 1 1/4 c. sugar
1 (32 oz.) cranberry juice
3 (24 oz.) Welch's grape juice
1/4 tsp. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 gal. jug glass
1 lg. balloon

Mix yeast and warm (not hot) water and pour into jug that has been thoroughly cleaned and sterilized. Add sugar and swirl together in jug. Add cranberry and grape juice and mix well. Place balloon over the top of the jug and place in a area where temperature is approximately 70 degrees F. As wine works the balloon will inflate. Release air from balloon as needed. Let work approximately 7 days and rebottle in bottles with screw on caps. Concord grapes, red grapes and white grapes have less natural sugar in that order. Experiment and enjoy!
