CRAB LEG PIZZA
 

1 pkg. crab legs (16 oz. pkg.) or seafood legs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 c. olive oil
1 1/2 lbs. pizza dough

Combine oil and finely chopped garlic in small cup and microwave on high for approximately 1-2 minutes (until oil is simmering). Roll out dough and place on lightly greased pizza tray. Lightly grease top side of dough and bake at 350 degrees until outside is slightly crusty.

Pour remaining oil and garlic (don't saturate) onto slightly crusty dough. Add cheese and top with crab legs. Return to oven for additional time until bottom of pizza is done.
