1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 can well picked over crab meat, drained well or use fresh crab meat Slice cream cheese in half and cover with the crab meat. SAUCE: 1/2 c. chili sauce 1 tsp. horseradish 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. chopped chives 1/4 tsp. parsley 1 tsp. salt Just before serving, top with chili sauce mixture. Serve with crackers. NOTE: Sauce is better made the day before serving. |
