LAYERED GUACAMOLE DIP
 

Prepare in 9 x 13 Pyrex dish in layers. Bottom Layer:

2 cans of bean dip
5 mashed avocados with juice from 1 lemon
1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 pts. sour cream
2 sm. jars Rotel hot sauce
4 to 5 green onions, chopped and sprinkled on top
