2 (16 oz.) cans artichoke bottoms 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 2 tbsp. green onion, finely chopped Dash pepper Drain and pat dry artichokes bottoms. Blend next three ingredients. Spoon about 2 teaspoon cheese mixture into each artichoke. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. |
