1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts 4-5 lg. eggs 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 2-3 cloves garlic, minced 1 uncooked pie crust Bread crumbs Saute minced garlic and finely chopped artichoke hearts in oil until lightly browned. Mix together eggs, cheeses, artichoke hearts, and garlic. Pour mixture into pie shell. Sprinkle lightly with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
