APRICOT - PECAN BALLS
 

1 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafer
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 c. finely snipped dried apricots
1/4 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. apricot brandy

In a bowl stir together wafers, pecans, sugar and apricots. Stir in syrup and brandy. Shape into balls. Roll in remaining sugar. Store in covered container. Makes 3 dozen at 1 tablespoon each.
