1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon or lime Jello 1 c. boiling water 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 med. chopped cucumber 1 sm. cottage cheese 1 c. Miracle Whip 1 c. chopped walnuts Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add vinegar. Combine cucumber, cottage cheese, Miracle Whip and nuts, then add to Jello mixture. Lightly oil a 9x9 inch cake pan and add Jello salad mixture. 12 servings. |
