Flour tortillas 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. chopped green chili 1/4 c. diced onion 4 oz. Grey Poupon dry mustard
Combine cream cheese, green chili, onion and mustard until thick. Lay each tortilla open - spread mixture approximately 1/8 inch thick. Roll tortilla and hold together with toothpick. Slice into individual pinwheels shapes and chill.
