1/2 c.butter 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. dates, chopped 1 egg, beaten 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. vanilla 7 c. Rice Krispies Coconut Melt butter in saucepan; add sugar, dates, egg, salt, and vanilla. Cook until thick. Pour over Rice Krispies and stir until well coated. Form into small balls and roll in coconut. (Tint coconut for festive holiday balls.) |
