2 lbs. hot sausage 2 lbs. sweet sausage 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs 2 tbsp. minced onions 4 eggs, beaten 2 tsp. sage SAUCE: 4 c. (32 oz.) ketchup 4 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 c. soy sauce 16 tbsp. brown sugar Mix into bite size meatballs and brown in skillet. Put in Dutch oven or glass casserole. Pour sauce over them and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. |
