10 hard-boiled eggs, shelled 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. prepared hot mustard Dash Tabasco sauce 1 tbsp. Liqueur Galliano Garnish: red caviar and green pepper strips Halve eggs lengthwise and remove yolks. Mash yolks, mix in mayonnaise, mustard, Tabasco, and Galliano. Blend until very smooth. Press yolk mixture through pastry bag into egg white halves. Garnish and chill. |
