SUMMER CRAB SPREAD
 

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. minced onion
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 bottle Crosse & Blackwell Cocktail Sauce
8-12 oz. fresh crabmeat
Fresh parsley

Cream lemon juice, minced onion and cream cheese. Spread on bottom of 8x8 dish.

Flake crab on top of cream cheese, covering completely. Spread cocktail sauce over crab. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Serve with crackers. (Pepperidge Farm Hearty Wheat go well.)
